Refund Policy

Returns + Exchanges

1. Saltern gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged or defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. If you choose to return your item for a refund, we will deduct a $7.95 return fee from your refund. If you choose to exchange your item or purchase a new item, the return shipping fee will be waived.
2. All tags must be attached, and merchandise must be returned in original packaging and its original condition.
3. Returned merchandise must be received by Saltern within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
5. Requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
6. Merchandise marked final sale or not meeting the requirements stated herein cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise altered by smoke, perfume, lotion, oil, fragrance, detergent, deodorant or any other scent altering substance cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. For the return or exchange of all other merchandise, customers are responsible for return shipping to Saltern. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance because we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned merchandise. To get started, please contact us.
