Mungo is a GOTS-certified textile company based in South Africa, specializing in weaving natural fiber homeware products. What sets them apart from other textile producers is their commitment to a slower, more considered approach to manufacturing, with a focus on timeless design with uncompromised quality. Behind each product is the accumulation of thousands of hours of experience, carefully sourced natural fiber yarns, traditional weaving machinery, history and knowledge both learned and passed down. Their mission is to create woven goods of exceptional quality with integrity in an open and transparent manner.

For each item purchased, 2 trees will be planted by Eden Reforestation Projects, a nonprofit NGO that works in developing countries to rebuild natural landscapes destroyed by deforestation. Shipping options for products by Powered by People are limited to Economy or Standard and those products will ship separately from others.

1. Saltern gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged or defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. If you choose to return your item for a refund, we will deduct a $7.95 return shipping fee from your refund. If you choose to exchange your item or purchase a new item, the return shipping fee will be waived.
2. All tags must be attached, and merchandise must be returned in original packaging and its original condition.
3. Returned merchandise must be received by Saltern within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
5. Requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
6. Merchandise marked final sale or not meeting the requirements stated herein cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise altered by smoke, perfume, lotion, oil, fragrance, detergent, deodorant or any other scent altering substance cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. For the return or exchange of all other merchandise, customers are responsible for return shipping to Saltern.
